The suit, filed by the New York attorney general, states that the company "has been under no obligation to reimburse for any violation of its legal obligations under any federal or state health insurance law or regulations to which it has applied."
The suit also alleges that the company's sales representatives "directly and indirectly" sold Viagra, Levitra, and other ED drugs without telling the FDA about them.
The suit also claims that Pfizer, which sold Viagra for $13.66 a pill, had a marketing error and a "directly and indirectly" marketed its products, the suit says.
